Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. For appraisals or custom design consultations, calling ahead allows us to set aside dedicated time for you.
What do I need to bring when selling?
Bring the items you would like to sell along with a valid government-issued photo ID. Boxes, certificates or paperwork are helpful but not required.
How do you decide what to pay for gold?
We test the purity, weigh the piece in front of you and price it against the current market rate for that metal. We explain the numbers before you make a decision.
Am I obligated to sell after an evaluation?
No. Our evaluations come with no obligation. If you want to think it over or keep your piece, that is completely fine.
Do you buy broken or single earrings?
Yes. Broken chains, single earrings, dented rings and scrap gold can still have value, and we evaluate them just like finished pieces.
How long does a repair take?
Simple services such as sizing or cleaning may be completed quickly, while stone setting, restorations and watch servicing can take longer. We provide an estimated timeframe when you drop off your piece.
